Rigid box style:

 1 Full Cover Lid: 2 piece rigid box made with rigid cardboard. The lid fully covers the base.

 2 Partial Cover Lid: 2 piece rigid box made with rigid cardboard. The lid partially covers the base.

 3 Rigid Setup Boxes: These rigid boxes resemble a standard shoebox where the lid covers just a small top of the box.

 4 Shoulder and Neck Rigid Box: A tray is glued inside the base and protrudes out (the neck) from the base (the shoulder). The lid can cover the neck fully or partially.
